A guide for successful mentoring

The Find your way to the world of work project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.

This guide presents the methodology and activities of all those organizations who cooperated in the Find Your Way To The World of Work project. Mentors of four countries – Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Spain – worked together in order to make quality education and employment accessible for disadvantaged young people, to motivate them to long-term learning and to help them find the way that fits their abilities and possibilities the most. The target group of the helping professionals were 15–29 year old young people who – for whatever reason – were considered disadvantaged, and had at least their elementary school grade. How mentors supported, accompanied them? What tools did they use? What conclusions did they drew? What kind of new methods did they work out? – This is the mentoring guide about, which can be read here.
