Caritas Alba Iulia’s project named Find Your Way to the World of Work is a four-year program aiming to reduce early school leaving, helping unemployed young people to settle on the labor market and to reduce emigration.

As a first step in achieving this aim, we have settled a partnership with the highly experienced Osonó Theater, certified as a Registered Talent Point and European Talent Point, to run the professional programs. Two members of the troupe, Fazakas Misi and Mucha Oszkár held workshops on theater education, self-awareness, personality development, communication, competence building and team building for youth from Avram Iancu Technological School in Tîrgu-Mureş. The next event of the program will be the attending the performance and the processing session afterwards.

The starting point of the performance is the personal stories of the young people, including societal-social issues affecting young people, the situation and stories of lonely children, helpless parents, vulnerable young people, showing our faces as the water reflects them.

Osonó Theatre is an independent, alternative theatrical initiative. In addition to the performances being created, the company aims to engage with the public in order to inspire them to seek their place in society as a responsible and creative persons. They create theatrical performances, provide workshops and an intense experience for participants to develop their own self-knowledge and relationships with others. The aim of the independent troupe is to recognize the day-to-day events of our time and transforming them into an artistic work to find alternative solutions.
