Caritas Alba Iulia is launching a new career orientation program called Find your way to the world of work, aimed at embracing the career of young people.
If you are 18 or older, you are neither employed nor studying, you can’t seem to find your place in this country, although you’d like to, the Find your way to the world of work career orientation program is for you. You can apply in Târgu Mureș, Sângeorgiu de Mureș, Gheorgheni, Ditrău, Odorheiu Secuiesc, Cristuru Secuiesc and Zetea.
What do we offer? Why should you apply?
We have two mentors in each city to help you discover the skills you have, to find out what you are talented at and which area you would like to work in. Not only are we helping you develop in your area of interest, but also in finding a job that fits you here in your country.
Activities:
- group and individual competence development sessions (developing communication, cooperation, perseverance and problem solving);
- trainings (foreign languages, computer management and advanced IT trainings, vocational training);
- career orientation sessions;
- personal development sessions;
- visiting families;
- professional counseling (learning interview techniques, writing a CV);
- setting goals and planning how to achieve them;
- social assistance, where needed.
