Kinaesthetics training

The concept of kinaesthetics can be best defined as the art, the science of motion perception. The movement is the basis of life. The refinement of motion perception and the development of movement competency contributes permanently for improving health, personal development, development of learning skills in the case of every age. Kinaesthetics helps us discover new movement opportunities, dissolves back pain caused by workflows,  muscle stiffness or other physical complaints, at old age it helps to preserve mobility and self- dependence, but it can help our own creativity and flexibility in different kind of situations (eg. stress situations). The effect of kinaesthetics proves to be effective in two ways in the case of newborns, children, elderly, persons with disabilities, sick persons: development of movement competency is useful for both carers and patients.
