One Million Stars for Solidarity, 2022

After omitting two years, now we can show ourselves at public squares and organize the “One Million Stars for Solidarity” event. On the 14th of October, Friday, at 6 p.m. the flames of solidarity will shine again, our candles will illuminate the public squares, where every single lighted candle symbolizes our compassion to those in need. It’s an opportunity for all of us to express with lightening a candle and donating, that – beside any obstacles – our community is important to us and we care about the lives of those in need.

In the last two years, we could organize our event only in the virtual space, which proceeds, 1.450 EUR  (7.192 RON*), were supporting the people in our care. Thank you!

By making a charitable donation, you can support a child in need, a disabled young person or a sick, old person. For example:
5 EUR is enough for a hot meal,
18 EUR is enough for an hour of home care,
20 EUR is enough for a developmental therapy session,
35 EUR is enough for a one-day care in a residential center.

Let’s show that we are not indifferent to people, who are in more difficult situation than us! This year we can support them together! Please, join us at one of the following locations:

At 6:30 p.m. The Waves Band will perform a concert in Tîrgu-Mureș, at the Theatre Square.
